How to Enroll in Benefits
BESTY is an application that allows you to easily and securely enroll in benefits on your phone.

Once you’re eligible to elect benefits, text “Enroll” to +1 (317) 348-5005.

Click your secure personalized link to launch the enrollment portal.

Enter your Social Security Number to access your profile.

Verify your information is correct including address, dependents, emergency contacts and beneficiaries.

Choose your benefits.

Making Changes
Unless you experience a qualifying life event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period. An election change must be made within 30 days of the qualifying event. Qualifying life events include:
Marriage, divorce, legal separation, or death of a spouse
Change in residence
Birth, adoption, or death of a child
Change in child’s dependent status
Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan

Employer-Provided Life/AD&D: Online Transport provides $15,000 of Life and AD&D insurance for all full time-employees! Be sure to update your beneficiaries during this enrollment period.

Voluntary Life/AD&D: THIS YEAR ONLY, elect up to $200,000 of coverage through Symetra without answering any health questions. Guaranteed issue coverage is also available for spouses ($50,000) and children ($10,000) (limits may apply).
