Things to Note
Your wellbeing is our top priority, so it's really important to us that you understand your benefits. Here are some key points to consider when thinking about your benefits and enrollment.

Eligibility: You and your family are eligible for enrollment as a new full-time employee; 30-day enrollment period following your first day of employment.

Qualifying Events: Benefits enrollment outside of the annual Open Enrollment period is only available with a qualifying event. Examples include birth, marriage, divorce, or loss of other coverage.

ID Cards: Prescription and Dental cards will be mailed to new enrollees. If you have the PPO Medical plan you will not receive a new card at the new plan year, however if you have the HDHP you will receive a new card.

Beneficiaries: Beneficiary Designation is required for all employees.

Automatic Enrollment: No enrollment is necessary for company-provided benefits, including Term Life Insurance, AD&D, STD, LTD, Teladoc, and EAP.

Retirement Plan: Retirement Plan enrollment is available on the date of hire and can be updated at any time on Vanguard's website.
