Marriage, divorce, legal separation, or death of a spouse
Change in residence
Birth, adoption, or death of a child
Change in child’s dependent status
Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
Your Benefits
No matter your situation, we want to ensure you have the support you need. Please review our benefit highlights to help you decide which benefits are right for you and your loved ones. We offer benefits to help protect your health, family, income, and more.

The benefit changes that you make during Annual Open Enrollment will remain in effect for the entire year. You are not able to change or revoke your elections once they are made, unless a life event occurs. Below are a list of qualified life events that would allow you to make benefit changes:
-
A Change in Marital Status: Marriage, divorce, death of spouse
-
A Change in the number of your dependents: Birth or adoption, death of a dependent
-
Termination or commencement of employment by employee, spouse, or dependent
-
