Benefit Changes

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Each year, we review our benefit plans to ensure it serves you and the company. The following changes reflect our commitment to creating a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Protect Your Health

  • Medical: To ensure comprehensive coverage and quality care for individuals' health needs, monthly medical costs are increasing due to rising healthcare costs and increased claims.

  • Dental: With a new carrier, you get more dentists to choose from, lower costs, and comprehensive coverage.

  • Vision: The new carrier's wider network ensures better eye health outcomes and greater satisfaction with vision-related services.

  • Long-Term Disability: Increased maximum monthly benefit at significantly lower rates! Long Term Disability protects you and your family if you’re faced with a significant health issue.

Protect Your Wallet

  • Accident: New benefit to protect your wallet from unexpected expenses related to a covered accident.
